Tom,

It looks like car in the photo on page 43 of the Morning Sun book "Chicago Intercity Passenger Trains" has Rockwell trucks. It is hard to be a 100% sure because the angle of the train to photographer.

There is also a picture on page 32 of the same book of the Nebraska Zephyr in October 1968 with three flexi-van flats behind two E units. The first flat had 2 Q flexi-vans, the second flat 2 NYC flexi-vans, and the third flat 2 Q flexi-vans. The cars appear to have Rockwell trucks, but the distance between the photographer and the train along with the resolution of the printed photo only makes me about 80% sure.
