    I cannot add much other than to say I accompanied by father to buy
    block ice on the street side for camping trips. I loved to go down
    there as an impressionable young lad. He wouldn't let do much more
    than peek around the corner.

There were 2 icing docks, one had a ice grinder for chipped ice for meat reefers and a attendant bucket conveyor to raise the ice to the upper deck to load ice carts.
