It definitely is the C&S 7th Street (Rice) yard. The turntable is out of sight on the other side of the car shop at the center. The photo is from 1960 and by that time the C&S had finally dieselized and steam facilities largely had been removed.

This picture is from the Cornell University Digital Collection and is captioned "Burnham Car Shops" .  If you expand the picture the caboose looks like it has ATSF on the side and the end identification numbers on the caboose are not legible but seem like too long for a DRGW caboose.  The large tank on the left side say"  ???? Gas".  Could this be the C&S 7th street year? That said, I do not see the the turntable for coaling tower?  Can anybody lend some clarification?  Steve near Walla Walla
