According to the “Corporate History of the CB&Q” the CB&N main line from the Illinois border to St. Paul was opened on August 23, 1886. There is no specific mention of Potosi.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could tell me when the Chicago, Burlington, and Northern would have built into Grant County Wisconsin from East Dubuque. Specifically when they would have reached Potosi (Potosi Station)? I know I have seen the answer on a Facebook group before but I can no longer find that info, nor have I came across it anywhere else. Thanks in advance Shawn
