This is Colorado and Southern narrow gauge engine 60 and is now on display in Idaho Springs, CO.
It is missing the Ridgeway spark arrester (Beartrap) which should be applied when it gets back to the C&S.
I am guessing this is at the joint CB&Q/C&S shops in Denver.
