Scott,
One more possibility may be Volume 1 of the Passenger Car Library, which are 
the same individuals that did the Pullman Standard Library series of books.  I 
can’t locate my copy right now and am trying to recall the author(s) name(s).  
They should have a floor plan in there.  Not sure if the book is still in 
print, a lot of the volumes on the PS cars are out of print.

Having said that, they’re most likely based off the Budd drawings that Dave has 
said he has scans of, so keep that in mind.
