[CBQ] Congress Park

Working on a project for a future BRHS Bulletin on Congress Park interchange 
between the Q/IHB. Was there any other location on the Q where roads crews did 
the massive amount of movements they did at Congress Park ? Places like 
Rockford,Mendota,Savanna,Galesburg,etc we’re done by yard crews.
I know about places like Rochelle,Amboy,etc where small groups of cars were 
handed off. But does anyone know another place where hundreds of cars were 
exchanged far beyond yard men’s work limits ? I’m thinking Congress Park may 
have been unique in that respect.
