[CBQ] R W Linroth Jr newest book

Need to know if anyone can tell me how to reach R.W. Linroth Jr. A few months ago I purchased the newest book  A History of the CBQ Peoria Line.  The acknowledgement of the purchased was received and Ralph indicated the book would be available about the middle of May 2020.   Does anyone have an up to date status of the book and again a method to reach Ralph eg. email address.  He has my email address but the acknowledgement does not provide any information for contacting him.
