We can’t thank you enough for spreading the word about Dad’s birthday. He had quite the celebration even though his facility is on lock down. Fortunately he doesn’t think there is any illness in his place. Even as recently as yesterday he was still talking about all the people he has heard from and all the cards and letters he has received, 43 cards and counting he says. Calls it “the dad-gumdest birthday I’ve ever had!” The picture I’ve attached was taken by the activity director in his facility when she brought him the birthday cake the food staff had made for him. We promised a proper celebration someplace other than his apartment when all the gathering and visitation restrictions are lifted! Thanks again & please feel free to share with all his train buddies!
