[CBQ] Railroad & Shortlines Club of Chicago April 17 2020 program cancelled

The program of Railroad & Shortlines Club of Chicago on April 17, 2020, is 
cancelled. The Governor's stay-at-home order due to the COVID-19 situation 
remains in effect.

We still anticipate having programs on May 15, and June 19, 2020. We will 
keep you informed.
