By Burlington Route Historical Society Our friends in the GNRHS are currently enjoying their Annual Meet in Fargo, N.D. One of the stops this morning was to see CB&Q Silver Lookout from the CZ. The car is owned by Dirk Lenthe and is undergoing restoration. Dirk is on the left in the first photo. Mr. Lenthe is responsible for saving more than a few ex-Q cars from the scrapper's torch and donated the Silver Club to the Lake Superior Railroad Museum in Duluth, Minn., which will be the site of our 2020 Annual Meet.
