All - For those following this thread about the earlier posted image of a filthy No. 4200 and where it might've been photographed in relation to Browning Hill near Beardstown, IL, after some detailed research and Emailed communications with Hol and other members of this Group, we have concluded the photograph was taken in the Beardstown yards, most likely near the roundhouse.

Since the yards were built in the Illinois River flood plain and were subject to flooding, that explains why the box car/office in the background had been elevated. A date for the photograph has also been found, August 1912.  Although No. 4200 is only a year old, it appears to have been worked hard as a helper. Thanks to all who participated in further ID'ing this image. Best Regards - Louis

Yes Rupert, my father's photo is the same as yours right down to the added text along the bottom of the photo.
On the back of the photo is written details about the engine as follows:
Baldwin-built in 1911 - shop # 36775
Retired August, 1934
Weight 448,000 lbs on drivers, boiler pressure of 200 PSI, tractive force of 93,000 lbs.
Original water injection system was later modified and engine eventually converted to burn oil.
Originally used in Galesburg yards; last days of service were on western divisions around Alliance, NE
