All-
I've looked through all my digital files and cannot find any Q power equipped 
with water pickup scoops.
We'll have to keep searching the early railroad journals for mention of the 
CB&Q experimenting with pans.  They likely would have been specifically for the 
Fast Mail as there are numerous mentions of the performance of that train and 
it was very important to the railroad both from a business and prestige 
standpoint.
