Looks like a true scan of the book. This book was carried by all trainman, brakeman,Etc. It was most often called the "schedule". There was one of these "schedules for each craft on the railroad; Condrs,engineers,fireman/Hostlers,trainman,switchman,Carmen, Clerks, station and freight house employees, shop crafts, etc, etc, etc
For the serious reader/historian there is a wealth of info. But unless you've been "on the property" a lot of what you'll read will be Greek or open to misinterpretation. Also a pretty tough read as there are a lot of cross references to other rules and situations.
It is from this book that many issues involving craft territory and arbitrates were based and resolved. This book kept the local chairman of the union and the division Supt or asst. Supt at "claims conferences".
Leo Phillipp Ran across this tonight while browsing the internet. Thought some of you would be interested as there is a wealth of information which I really haven't examined in depth yet.
