Brian - GREAT image! Thanks for sharing.  Look carefully at the derrick.  It is assisting a larger bridge derrick. You can just barely see the bridge derrick's boom at upper left, as well as its cable and block on the backside of the trestle. It almost looks like 204330 is being used to pull the bridge derrick's block under the trestle, for what purpose I do not know. Also note 204330 does not have its outriggers extended and in place which would be normal practice to keep it from tipping over. I'd speculate this image dates to around 1910-1915.  Perhaps, another Group member will have a better idea of just exactly what is going-on in this interesting old image, as well as where 204330 was assigned during 1910-1915. I'm attaching another undated image I have of 204330 hard at work lifting a wrecked locomotive at Laclead, MO. You can see its outriggers in position and blocked-up for the heavy lift - Louis

I recently purchased this photo of CB&Q derrick 204330.  it was built by Industrial in 1905 and retired in 1956.  Does anyone have info on where this was based out of or where the photo may have been taken?
Thanks,
Brian
