There was a big change in the divisional structure from 1957 to 1960 (consolidation), so you might want to pin down a year you are interested in.

Here is a start based on employee timetables I have circa 1956:

Alliance and Sterling

Casper and Sheridan

Chicago and Aurora

Galesburg and Beardstown

Hannibal

La Crosse

Lincoln

McCook

Omaha

Ottumwa and Creston

St. Joseph

Wymore
