What about the Tahoe Bettendorf Swing Motion Caboose Trucks? Tahoe says these were used by over 40 railroads (including the NP) but I don't know if they are correct for Q waycars, and my references are at home.

I used to use MDC Overton trucks but those are hard to find now.
