Photos of Burlington passenger cars carrying train names of the so-called Anniversary Fleet (Ak-Sar-Ben, Aristocrat and [New] Black Hawk) are scarce as hen's teeth, so I was pleasantly surprised at the photo of Q O-1-A
Mike 4969 in St. Paul now for sale on ebay, not because there is anything unusual about the locomotive, but because it is coupled to one of the two baggage cars (whose numbers I can't put my hands on right now) that were lettered for the Black Hawk, with small
Burlington lettering at each end of the letterboards. Of course only a small portion of the car is visible, but it's enough to clearly see the small lettering at the end.
Happy New Year to all!
