[CBQ] White Building paint Scheme

Don't forget to apply station name in black lettering. There's a picture of the 
West Brooklyn,IL depot in the Sterling Motor article in the current BRHS 
Bulletin 54 painted with the white scheme with black lettering.

As an aside West Brooklyn was the last station loading grain on the 
Rockfalls/Sterling branch in the 70s. If we spotted a covered hopper on the 
westbound trip to Rockfalls they'd have it loaded ready to go on the eastbound 
leg of the trip for p/u.
