Chuck,

Checking Bill Glicks Passenger car book it looks like it is a PC-4 4440-4501. Many were converted to coaches 57XX and 59xx. 
Checking Bill’s roster book the only car off the roster by 1937 (the date Louis gave) is 4404/5954 which was scrapped at Eola in 1933.
The car has lost it’s enclosed vestibule but kept the roof so scrapping may have been removing the vestibule and underframe then later moving to Bardford.
