The baggage car is not unusual.....it is a PRR B60, which was common all over the rail network for storage mail and  catalog/magazine distribution because of its sturdy construction.  

What is unusual is what looks like a PRR MB70x behind it.   RPOs usually stayed on home rails/routes but sometimes were leased to cover routes due to holiday traffic or cars being shopped.

I just spotted a photo on ebay that has an unusual baggage car behind a pair of E7's, The seller stated it was from 1946 and located at Galesburg. Anyone have any idea who's baggage car it is?
