Here is the Timetable for this weekend's
BRHS Spring Meet from host, Jim Singer:
8:30 am Doors open
for vendors table set
up.
Only BRHS staff will be allowed into the building with me (Jim Singer) between 8 am and 8:30.
Jenny will most likely post on doors. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE HER A HARD TIME.

Final check of table set will happen before anything starts.

The Raffle will be a bit different this
year. We will be selling multiple tickets with cups marked for each
raffle prize. You will place your tickets in the prize cup you wish
to have a chance at receiving. You may spread your tickets to multiple
items, or load them up on something you really want, increasing your odds
of winning it. We plan to
start selling raffle tickets in the morning
until about 2:30
pm. Once raffle ticket sales
have concluded, nad folks have had time to place their choices, we will
pull and post the winners. The Raffle Prize Pick-up will
be 5:15 to 5:45 and while
early dinner lineup going on. To hopefully speed up our night.
