It's been over 40 years now so my memory may get a couple facts wrong. I was on the first westbound train,#97 as the site was being cleared. My memory was it was either #67 or #69 that had a burned off journal. There was a great deal of FAK and high value

Consumer merchandise on the train,TVs,clothing,boat motors,etc,etc. 

I was also at the site a couple days later on the east end wayfreight as we handled some

40 ft box cars that were re-railed and set into the Downers Grove yard.
