It was fun to hear the farmer talking to Pat Egan….they both went to Campion and even though Pat was from Englewood he also has traces of the Wisconsin/Minnesota Midwesterner accent!

 

Made it back to Nashville after 14 hours of driving through Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, and Kentucky.   The meet was worth the trip!!!

I agree. I thought the committee did a great job. Our bus tour even paid a visit to the Stuckey Farm which borders "Crawford" -that part of our tour was worth the 9 hour bus adventure. (especially since my model rr runs from La Crosse to East Dubuque). The layout tours were great and the banquet desert was excellent.
