[CBQ] The Q and Professional Baseball Teams ?

Been researching the MILW Kingsbury line that went right past Wrigley Field in 
Chicago
(Pardon the interest outside the Q). A footnote under one photo states 
traveling teams parked their RR cars on the team track next to Wrigley. This 
brought the question to mind of did Any professional teams ever travel on the Q 
?

I'm thinking not as St Louis was about as far west as the leagues went until 
after airline travel became the preferred travel mode.
