Some of the dings and dents in my photo match up with those shown in the photo of Silver Fountain on the Ozark Mountain site, so I'm going with that for now, and will be updating my caption on rrpa.net.

If anyone develops new and/or better info, please post back.

Thanks to all who posted.

I was wrong: Galveston still lists CB&Q 302 "Silver Hours" as part of their collection.  Since "Silver Star" is in Australia, owned by BHP Biliton Iron Ore, the Kentucky car must be "Silver Fountain."

Which of these cars did the Galveston museum have?  It was damaged, along with nearly all of their equipment, in the hurricane several years ago and they reportedly got rid of it, so that's likely the car in Kentucky.

According to Daniel Liedtke of the National Railroad Museum in Green Bay, the Silver Spirit is and has been in Green Bay. He doesn't know what car is in Kentucky. Sounds like a good mystery for this group to solve.
