I am answering a post from a year or so ago.  The turntable at Burwell, NE turned by using air off the engine.  The last time I saw it, the air hoses and all connections were still there.  My brother worked for both the city and the county in the 80's and 90's and the citizen's of Burwell don't know and probably care what they have here.
