I also got my copy of Bill's book today.  I haven't  been all the way through it yet, but it looks very comprehensive and thorough.  It will no doubt require spreading all Bill's books and several others across the family room floor for "RESEARCH PURPOSES".  (Shades of Charles Rudisel's BN passenger car book.)

 

The thought occurred to me how much easier life would be if we could just scan Bill's plans, print them out on some .10 dark green styrene, add some rivet decals, and just glue them to someone's RTR heavyweights.  Dream on...

I just received my copy of Bill Glick’s Burlington Passenger Car Drawings New and Updated in the mail this morning.

 

I highly recommend that this is a book that needs to be in your Burlington Route Library.   Besides the additional and updated drawings there are plenty of new photos that make it worthwhile to have.  And, as Bill points out, if you are missing any of the prior books (especially the Passenger Car Roster) they all work together to document passenger cars that ran on the CB&Q, C&S, and FW&D and predecessor roads.
