Personally I would not characterize this book as “featuring” the Q.  It’s hard to tell how much coverage there is because the book is broken down by region rather than railroad, but it seems to me that Q photos make up only a small percentage of the photos.  I bought the book simply because I lived in Springfield MO for 10 years.
