At the suggestion of Rupert, I'm going to take on researching and possibly writing an article for the Burlington Bulletin regarding the Q's East Galesburg branch.

I'm reaching for out for information from list members.  Since I don't live in the Galesburg area anymore (but my parents still do), I need some local contacts:
1.  Anyone who might have worked the East Galesburg branch and/or anyone that might have a track chart of the branch.
2.  Anyone with knowledge or historical articles about East Galesburg, Purington, Gale Lake and the trolley, Q and Santa Fe in East Galesburg.  This would include photos, maps, postcards, personal knowledge and recollections, etc.
3.  If someone has performed historical research in Galesburg in the past, please contact me off-line for tips and suggestion on where to look and who to talk to.
4.  Finally, does anybody have a good contact(s) that I can reach out to with the Galeburg railroad museum?
