The Columbus, MT depot still stands - used by MRL signal maintainers and MofW personnel.

Retired signal maintainer Bill Carlson shared this photo from the 1956
Columbus, MT year book. Evidently, the senior class took a trip to
Denver and someone shot some classmates on the SD7 309. One of the few
photos I've seen of 29/30 of 42/43 being powered by a hood unit although
I have heard that there were at times.
