Actually Tom Schneid provides the entire kit to build the PA-15 power car including trucks. He also offers the complete kit for the PA-14 suburban coaches.

From first hand experience these kits are state of the art and are indiscernible from brass cars when built up and painted.

He has a large selection of other CB&Q passenger cars as well.

His built up cars have been consistent winners at the BRHS model contests at the annual meets.

NKP makes etched brass sides for the PA15 power cars in HO scale.
