I was able to get the 1957 CGW industries data from the web, despite the fact that geocities shut down some time back. I compiled it all into a spreadsheet which has 7,165 entries. I then copied out all the rows that pertain to the CB&Q to a separate tab on the spreadsheet. It has 557 entries. I then copied that entire tab to a "scratch" tab where you can analyze the data to your heart's content using the Excel sort and filter options, without having to touch the original CB&Q data tab. I have uploaded the spreadsheet to the Group site and I hope this helps anyone interested in the cities listed.
