The Burlington’s Corporate History that Hol refers to contains the lineage of all CB&Q companies and their predecessors including bridge companies as at 30 June 1917, showing dates of incorporation, name changes, leases, purchases, receiverships, track widening, etc. It is available for downloading at https://archive.org/details/cu31924030125623
