I answered their survey as best as I could relate to it. However, as a fellow n scaler, in the comments section I questioned if any of their questions would relate to n scale products.

Interesting the way they put together this survey....
....they ask what scale you model, ask how you like their N Scale cars, then
ignore N Scale in the rest of the survey apparently because they have no
intention of doing any more N Scale cars, even though when they did the
Pullman and Baggage they were decent cars....just orphans that prevented
better sales.
