Just looking at google search, I found two signs both with red back ground, but one with white letters and the other with gold. John

The restored Wahoo NE depot has a reconstruction of an Adams Express
Company sign with red letters on a white background.

But uniformly, on vintage B/W depot pictures, where an Adams Express
sign is visible, it is light (white, I assume) letters on a dark
background. And tin signs that show up on auction sites are white
letters on either a blue or green background.

Does anyone know what the Adams Express depot sign colors actually
were on CB&Q depots?

I have an email into the Saunders County Historical Society asking
about this, but have not yet received a reply.

For my paper study models of Prague, Wahoo and Schuyler depots, I'm
currently going with white letters on a blue background.
