I have recently come across info that the following organization has Budd documents as well. Whether they have drawings I do not know.

Another group had an inquiry for Budd dome car drawings from a guy that wants to build them in S Scale.

A link was posted in response to the California Railroad Museum.   They have a number of Budd drawings for the California Zephyr and other CB&Q cars:
