A current project for my BN Tribute site is BN GP40 3006 which was built as CB&Q GP40 176 and after the BN merger renumbered to BN 3006. It was later rebuilt to BN GP40M 3500 and is currently the BNSF 3000. I have searched for photos of the CB&Q 176 but am unable to find any. Can anyone help with where I can find any photos of this GP40? The Burlington in Transition book has the 177 but no 176. Close but no cigar.
