[CBQ] Searchlights along the Mississippi River

BNSF is making lots of progress installing the new signals as control points along the river.  The new CP 3072 switches were put in place Thursday and work has started on the CP 3762.  New signals are in place from Lytle and various other locations with crews busy installing more sheds and signals.  So far none  of the new are cut in and the Q searchlights remain but if the weather is not too bad and the current pace is maintained the La Crosse – Prairie du Chien section will not have searchlights by spring.
