Actually looks like BNSF already started work. An extension of the Industrial lead westward around the bend to Spring Street viaduct is already graded and signal bridges are going up at Spring Street to connect the lead to main 2. Also read that one of the Hill Yard leads will extend east through West Eola plant, Eola yard and join Main one at Eola to avoid blocking the East yard or needing to use main 2 or 3 through eola yard... Don't know where they are going to put it (they are calling in the '4th main') although the environmental impact study I read indicated a couple thousand feed of culvert so maybe it'll be built over the current drainage ditch between the West yard and Main 1... While they are at it they should have extended all the way back to Aurora Junction like it was originally...
