[CBQ] Rail Traffic through the Cascade tunnel.

We are coming across the pond for a holiday in Western USA (between 
Seattle & Yellowstone and back along the Columbia river)).
Can anybody give me the timetable for trains running through the Stevens 
Pass on 25/8/2014.
Are there any  railfanning sites you would recomend
