[CBQ] CB&Q Reporting marks post-BN

 Some freight cars were still owned via Bank Trusts so had to retain original 
reporting marks til Trust date expired.  Both freight cars & passenger cars had 
such "Trust Plates" - cast iron on frt cars, S.S. on passenger cars.  Will 
bring some examples to Annual Meet in Moline plus there is a trust plate to 
sell from Bob Stanage's estate.  Most were issued via Chicago Banks such as 
Northern trust and First National in various series.  Annual Reports list them 
in detail.  This was true of most RR's as was financially a good way to 
purchase rolling stock.  Gerald
