[CBQ] CBQ in Alaska [was] Barriger Photos, CONSOLIDATED INDEX - More additions

Lone E. Janson's book The Copper Spike primarily concerns itself with 
the Copper River & Northwestern.  But it does have a section on an 
unfinished CBQ line in Alaska and its  unspecified steam locomotive.
