Hi all, Thanks for the replies, I was suspicious of the car from the start not only because of the black paint, but because of the use of the Billboard style "Burlington together with the WOZ and EW. In all the years of rail-fanning I never saw the two styles mixed. Never thought to check the road number though. When I personally decal & letter a piece of rolling stock or a loco I always work from an actual photo and keep the photo as proof. Helped me keep the nit pickers at bay for many many years! I will definitely take a pass on the Black boxcar! Cheers & Beers Bill |
