No idea of the location, but here's a couple of observations...Looks like the flagman is working on one of the markers..The office car may have just been added and said flagman may be in the process of hanging up the markers having removed them from the car ahead formerly the rear end of the train. I'll bet the well dressed young man standing on the rear platform is the official occupying the car's secretary. I love looking at these old photos and looking for "trivia" like this stuff.
