Here's a scan of the photo that should allow you to read all the lettering to the right of the herald.  I was able to read all of it in viewing the scan at 100%; if you aren't able to, contact me off list and I'll transcribe it for you.

Subject: [CBQ] CB&Q TM-3 photograph/slide

 

In the BRHS data sheet on TM-3 tank cars, there is photograph on the top
of page 2 of CB&Q TM-3 230002. I am especially interested in the
lettering to the right of the Burlington Route herald and on the
underframe on the B end of the car. I am looking to buy a 8"x10" print,
a copy of slide, or a high quality digital scan with this car for a
project I plan to work on. Please contact me off-list.
