Another clarification please - how are you handling the cost of mailing the books?  Is that included in the offer price?  Or is that in addition to the offer price, based on the actual mailing costs (such as for multiple books, for instance)?

The best, responsive offer on each book by Tues evening Nov. 19 gets the book(s) for his offer. In event that there are say 3 offers of $20, 30 & 40 for the same book, the $40 wins but gets it for $35 (i.e. will split difference between #1 & #2 so no one pays too much over other bids UNLESS all offers are very low)

Q waycar model ever made (Bob had them all from Signal House & Trains on down)  There are also a few more good books but all non-CB&Q.  And LOTS of other models (brass/diecast/plastic/resin), structures, RRiana, china, silver. lantern, etc etc.  40 cartons full!

 

PPS - AM very surprised (& I keep each offer confidential, will not try to get someone to raise -want this to be the way Bob would want) there are no offers on the rare, highly desirable 'Across Iowa on H&S & K&W" by Corbin & Hardy.  Same format as Bernie's Steam Locos and Burl in Transition BUT was a VERY small print run.  I can only recall 2 copies sold on eBay, Amazon, BRHS shows, etc since the 1980's.  The few owners lucky to have one, keep it!  As with any of Bob items, those books not receiving reasonable offers go to eBay or RRiana Show as there are many generic collectors out there plus some Q fans that are not mbrs of BRHS OR part of this list either.    But I do want to give this group 1st crack.  Tks for the many good offers to date.  I acknowledge each one so you know I got it.  Gerald
