[CBQ] Re: Accurail BRE

I enjoyed reading Bruce's article, and having several of these cars, I may be 
inclined to shave the moulded details and 'upgrade' them.

I noticed an apparent anomaly on page 17, end view on the top left. Am I 
correct in believing that the retainer valve is mounted upside down?
