As Ken martin has noted, this car is actually an XA-14 auto box.  "Parallel doors" simply means the door openings on each side of the car were directly opposite each other, as opposed to the common "staggered doors" of most double-door cars, where the opening on each side was offset to one end or the other.

Subject: [CBQ] XM-26 double door

Whilst looking for an example of a XM-26, I found a double door car on Fallen Flags at
http://www.rr-fallenflags.org/cbq/cbq19756alr.jpg

I think the number should be 16756 which makes it a XM-26 (19756 would be a steel XML-3A).  I haven't seen any note previously that these were equipped with double doors. (However, I've just checked the 1965 diagram book and the XM-25's and -26's have "parallel doors" in the Remarks column, whatever that means!)
