Bill The train crew on a Q motor was "by negotiation based on traffic loads"per correspondence in the BRT files in my possession. A general statement would be that the train crew consisted of a Condr, a brakeman ,possibly a baggage/express man depending on work load. There is an article in the Bulletin editors hands based on a crew staffing level dispute that leads to a "joint check of traffic". This provides the basis of the article which provides detailed day to day operation of a motor car over several Aurora Div branch lines in the late 20s. The article text is complete and we are working on filling in additional visuals. Leo Phillipp Sent from my iPhone ------------------------------------ Yahoo!
